concerned that Ed tells us he has to replace a wire to the compressor the apparently overheats because of the current draw. Why is this ?
I need to have you return next week to finish installing the registers. The head person doing the installing was very good. The workers were pleasant.
I appreciated the information given to me during the visit. I learned things I had never been told before.
Tim, and the crew of 72 Degrees was of awesome assistance when I needed them most.
Don was professional, technically proficient, and offered great solutions to current and foreseeable problems.
The Technician that called on me was very knowledgeable and helpful. He repaired my heat pump by replacing a defective capacitor in about 15 - 20 minutes. Cost $0.00, as I have a 10 year Parts & Labor contract with 72 Degrees -- who installed my new Heat Pump & Furnace in 2009. When he finished that repair I inquired about the recommended need to flush the furnace 'discharge line' with bleach. He informed me that something was available to install in the Furnace to totally eliminate the necessity for this. He referred to it as a Pan Treatment device and indicated he had one in his truck. I requested that he install the device, which he did in less than 1/2 hour. Cost $79.95 -- so that is one less thing I have to be concerned about in the future. I was very pleased with his service, and the assistance of the Ladies in the 72 Degrees Office, in Sanford NC, who always strive to put a smile on their customers faces. MISSION ACCOMPLISHED!!! Thanks
Don Capps was very pleasant and did a good job of explaining things.
